Ali Express is an e commerce business platform made up of many small businesses. That being said, in turn they promote each other with fake reports, ratings and comments. When anything goes wrong and try to use their "free refunds for any reason" the seller will aportion blame on to Ali Express for the premature decision to "finish" the dispute. Thereafter it is impossible to negotiate with sellers who are basically dishonest. I will no longer buy via Ali Express and as a result of my experience many of my business colleagues have deserted Ali Express and buy Chinese goods via other outlets. I've bought a product from AliExpress it's very bad in quality and fake advertise, So I give bad reviews and about a week later, I unintentionally check my reviews and I can not find it else where, So if the seller has power to contact administrator of AliExpress to delete reviews that they don't want any buyer to see the real truth about the product, So I think the reviews on AliExpress is untrustworthy.
